What is Geriatric Rehabilitation?

Geriatric rehabilitation care (GRC) is short-term, multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented care for the group of vulnerable patients who are admitted to a nursing home for rehabilitation treatment after a hospital stay. The goal is to enable these patients to return to their home environment.

Have you had surgery and are not yet able to go home after your hospital stay? Then you can be admitted to our rehabilitation center with 24-hour nursing and medical care. We provide rehabilitation for the elderly after surgery according to the latest insights and fully personalized care.

The programs follow the guidelines of international geriatric rehabilitation medicine. We ensure that your rehabilitation is carried out in the best possible way and in a pleasant atmosphere. This includes the necessary care and therapy. After the rehabilitation period, more than 90% of our patients are usually able to function independently again.
