What is geriatric rehabilitation care?
Geriatric rehabilitation care (GRZ) is short-term, multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented care for the group of vulnerable patients who, after being admitted to hospital, are admitted to a nursing home for rehabilitation treatment. The aim is to allow these patients to return to their home situation as soon as possible.

This with the necessary care and therapy. After the rehabilitation period, over 90% of our patients are usually able to function independently again.
