At Medifit Reha we have an extensive range of exercise programmes. These vary from senior fitness and fitness for people with health problems to specific training programmes for (top) sportsmen.
In 2003 our physiotherapy clinic was expanded with Physio Fitness. Our goal was and is to enable people to work on their health in an active, relaxed, and responsible way. We welcome all those who would like to exercise under the guidance of a physiotherapist. We will provide you with an individual tailor-made programme and will help you to become and stay healthier in a sporty and responsible way.
Medifit Reha has a sophisticated senior fitness programme for active senior citizens. In consultation with your physiotherapist, you can put together a programme that suits your personal wishes. You train an individual programme in a group context. Senior citizens with physical complaints can also work on improving their condition with us.
A type of fitness in which the training programme is adjusted to the measured heart rate. The goal is to monitor your heart rate during various training sessions. So you always train at your optimal effort level. This gives the best results for improving fitness, improving heart function and / or losing weight.
