Medifit Reha is committed to ensuring your privacy. This privacy statement explains how we handle your personal data. In addition, we point out how you can inspect your data and how you can change or remove your data.
The Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO) and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) describe what your rights and obligations are with regard to your patient file and the way in which employees of Medifit Reha have to deal with your personal data.
Medifit Reha S.L., in application of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs that the personal data collected through the forms of the Website: https://medifitreha.nl/, are included in the automated files specific to users of the medifit Reha S.L. services.
The purpose of the automated collection and processing of personal data is to maintain the commercial relationship and carry out information, training, consulting and other activities of Medifit Reha S.L.
These data are transferred only to those entities that are necessary to achieve the purpose described above.
Medifit Reha S.L. takes the necessary measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the old LOPD, the new Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on data protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

At Medifit Reha S.L. we process your personal data collected through the website: https://medifitreha.nl/, for the following purposes:
- To comply with the obligations, commercial, labor, corporate and accounting of the company.
- Provide the services contracted by the user.
- Provide the information requested by the user through the contact form.

Medifit Reha S.L. owns all copyrights, intellectual property, industrial property, “know how” and all other rights related to the contents of the https://medifitreha.nl/ website and the services offered therein, as well as the programs needed for its implementation and related information.
The reproduction, publication and/or non-strict private use of the contents, in whole or in part, of the https://medifitreha.nl/ website without prior written consent is not permitted.
Intellectual property of the software.
The user must respect the programs of third parties made available to him by Medifit Reha S.L., while they are free and/or publicly available.
Medifit Reha S.L. has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights of the software.
The user does not acquire any right or license to the contracted service, to the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor to the technical information of the monitoring of the service, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the execution of the contracted services and only for the duration of these services.
For any action beyond the execution of the contract, the user needs written authorization from Medifit Reha S.L., as the user is prohibited from accessing the configuration, structure and files of the servers owned by Medifit Reha S.L., assuming civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that may occur on the servers and security systems as a direct result of a negligent or malicious action on his part.
Intellectual property of hosted content.
The use in violation of the legislation on intellectual property of the services provided by Medifit Reha S.L. and, in particular:
- Use contrary to the Spanish legislation or that violates the rights of third parties.
- The publication or transmission of content that, in the opinion of Medifit Reha S.L., is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic or defamatory.
- Tearing, serial numbers of the program or other content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Collecting and/or using personal data of other users without their express consent or in violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
- Using the domain mail server and email addresses to send spam.

The user is fully responsible for the content of his website, the information sent and stored, the hypertext links, the claims of third parties and legal actions related to intellectual property, third party rights and protection of minors.
The user is responsible for the applicable laws and regulations and those related to the operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright, enforcement of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.
The user will reimburse Medifit Reha S.L. for the costs arising from the imputation of Medifit Reha S.L. in any case where the liability was imputable to the user, including legal defense costs and expenses, even in the case of a non-final court decision.
Secure hosted information.
Medifit Reha S.L. backs up the content hosted on its servers, but is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of the data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replenishment of the data deleted by users, since the aforementioned data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period that has elapsed since the last backup.
The services offered, with the exception of the specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the content retained in the backups of Medifit Reha S.L., when this loss can be attributed to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, always at the user’s acceptance.
The replacement of deleted data is included in the price of the service only when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Medifit Reha S.L..
Commercial communication.
In application of the LSSI. Medifit Reha S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by e-mail or other equivalent electronic means of communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorised by the recipients thereof.
In the case of users with whom a prior contractual relationship exists, Medifit Reha S.L. is authorised to send commercial communications relating to Medifit Reha S.L. products or services similar to those originally contracted with the customer.
In any case, after accrediting his identity, the user may request that no further commercial information be sent to him through the customer service channels.
