Medifit La Sella is a center specialized in intensive recovery from burn-out and depression, with a clinical, residential and multidisciplinary approach.
We are part of the HCB Group and have extensive experience in comprehensive rehabilitation and mental health, intervening especially in complex cases, when the usual approach has not been sufficient.

1. Clinical and occupational evaluation
Specialized medical and psychological assessment, analysis of the risk of relapse and evaluation of the real capacity for reincorporation.
Intensive personalized intervention
Structured psychotherapy, stress and energy regulation, physical recovery, work on daily habits and routines.
3. Preparing to return to work
Final evaluation, recommendations for progressive reincorporation and subsequent follow-up.
Program duration
The duration of the program is adapted to the severity of the case and the employee’s work situation.
The stay and treatment are carried out at Medifit Syncrosfera, located within a medicalized hotel for rehabilitation in a quiet and natural environment, designed to promote physical and mental recovery away from everyday stress.
The program is structured in three main formats:
- 2 weeks – Shock intervention in initial phases or as a first turning point.
- 4 weeks – Deep recovery and habit consolidation, especially after prolonged sick leave or unsuccessful reincorporation.
- 6 weeks – Indicated in severe cases or with high risk of relapse, when a more intensive and sustained intervention is required.
After completion of the on-site program, online and/or on-site follow-up is offered to accompany the return to work and facilitate a progressive and stable transition.
