Rehabilitation after a trauma is aimed at enabling you to function as independently as possible in your own environment. This involves using your personal qualities and the possibilities of your own (residential) environment.
After surgery from an orthoepedic surgeon, a period of intensive rehabilitation usually follows. After the initial phase in which tissue repair is a priority, the affected area may be weakened locally and needs to be trained and exercised in a dosed manner. We therefore work on strength, mobility, stability, and coordination.
We ensure that your rehabilitation after the trauma is carried out in the best possible way and in a pleasant atmosphere. This with the necessary care and therapy. After the rehabilitation period, at least 90% of the patients can function independently again.
