Medifit La Sella is located in a unique place: in the middle of the green interior of the Costa Blanca, surrounded by mountains, pine trees and sea views. This natural environment radiates peace, quiet and security, and you feel it immediately upon arrival. Far away from traffic and stimuli, here you can really concentrate fully on your recovery.
Proximity to nature ensures that many of our therapy sessions also take place outdoors – hiking, breathing exercises, outdoor functional training. Sunlight, fresh air and silence work as additional therapy.
Customized treatment – from intake to aftercare
We start with a medical intake and together draw up a personal plan. You follow two therapy sessions per day, tailored to your goals. In addition, you will receive complementary treatments such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, breathing techniques, diathermy or dry needling.
Our focus is on fast and sustainable recovery – with consideration for your pace and comfort.
Your place to recover
During your rehabilitation, you will stay in an adapted room or spacious apartment, depending on your medical and personal needs. Everything is furnished with your comfort, safety and privacy in mind. The rooms are bright and spacious, with a private bathroom, television in your language, wifi and emergency call system if needed.
Carefree recovery with everything included
You don’t have to think about anything: meals, cleaning, laundry, transportation and personal assistance are included in your stay. Whether you are independent or need daily assistance, we adapt to your pace and situation. We want you to feel not a patient here but a valued guest – in an environment that breathes trust, peace and recovery.
