Rehabilitation at MedifitReha in Spain, how does it work? We explain it step by step below.

Step 1 - Diagnosis

When you need rehabilitation, it is necessary that a rehabilitation doctor writes a referral for you. This referral can be written by a rehabilitation doctor in your area or by our own rehabilitation doctor.

Step 2 - Costs

We have made agreements with several European health insurers about the treatments in our rehabilitation centre. If your treatment is reimbursed in your own country, it will also be reimbursed if you are treated in Spain.

Step 3 – Preparations

We ensure that the following issues are arranged for you:
– Any approval from your insurer
– Transport to the rehabilitation centre
– Personal support up to and including the financial settlement

Step 4 – Rehabilitation Programme

The first day of the rehabilitation process always starts with a consultation with our rehabilitation doctor. During the treatment process, regular evaluations are made to adapt the rehabilitation program to what you need most at each moment.
