Percutaneous Needle Electrolysis (PNE®) is a technique within the physiotherapy developed with the aim of re-stabilizing and improving biological mechanisms to heal various soft tissue disorders.

Percutaneous Needle Electrolysis is the insertion of an acupuncture needle under ultrasound through which a controlled, direct, specific electric current is passed. This produces an electrochemical reaction only in the degenerated area of the tissue to be treated. It has great results in treating tendonitis, muscle injuries, ligament problems and scar tissue.
Percutaneous Electrolysis (PNE®) can be used for the following complaints, among others:

  • Chronic tendonitis
  • Mucosal inflammation
  • Scapular and ligament problems
