With this we are able to objectively determine and record your starting level of rehabilitation after hernia surgery. The test data form the basis for your rehabilitation after hernia surgery programme. This programme will be tailor-made for you by our treatment team using a treatment protocol.

Hernia treatment
From Monday to Friday, you will undergo treatment sessions both in the morning and afternoon. You will receive individual and group rehabilitation therapy in the exercise room, individual therapy in the treatment room and if necessary hydrotherapy. The treatments consist mainly of; physiotherapy, orthopaedic manual therapy, ergotherapy, massage, psychotherapy, acupuncture, relaxation therapy and medication, among others if necessary.
Evaluation
Every second week there is an extensive evaluation. Here the intensity will be reassessed. If necessary, the programme will be adjusted by our treatment team. This may require contact with your orthopedist and / or doctor.
We will also take measurements to determine your final condition and compare this with the results of the first measurement taken at the beginning of the treatment programme. Finally, we will discuss with you a possible preventive follow-up trajectory and inform your (general) practitioner of the results achieved.
